Often, yes. We believe in repairing equipment whenever it's safe, reliable and cost-effective — we never recommend replacement simply because a furnace is older. We only recommend replacement when repair costs outweigh the furnace's value, the heat exchanger has failed, operation is unsafe, or repeated breakdowns make it the better long-term investment.
