Growing up, HVAC wasn't just the family business for Jennifer — it was part of everyday life. As a child she often joined her father, founder Bruce Campbell, on service calls, watching firsthand how trust, honesty and quality workmanship mattered to every customer.

In 2019, Jennifer proudly took over ownership of B&G, carrying forward the legacy her father built. Her focus is unchanged: educate customers, explain every option clearly, and recommend the solution that's truly best for their home — not simply the most expensive one.

With more than 30 years of HVAC experience, Neal is the driving force behind B&G's day-to-day operations. From managing service calls and installations to supporting our technicians, Neal makes sure every job meets our high standards.

Known for his technical expertise, strong work ethic and calm approach to problem-solving, Neal is passionate about finding the right solution for every home — and about mentoring the next generation of skilled technicians.

For more than 15 years, Michael has been a trusted member of the B&G team. As a fully licensed HVAC technician, his experience spans every aspect of home comfort — from diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems to designing solutions and completing expert installations.

Customers appreciate Michael's approachable personality, attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right the first time.

Since joining B&G in 2018, Justin has earned the trust of customers through his strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. He works on everything from new system installations to diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling equipment.

As Jennifer's cousin, Justin has been part of the B&G family both personally and professionally — helping carry forward the family values that have guided the company since 1989.

Fred joined the B&G team in 2025, bringing a strong commitment to quality workmanship, professionalism and customer satisfaction. He works on everything from installing new heating and cooling systems to diagnosing, servicing and maintaining existing equipment.

Although newer to the B&G family, Fred shares the values that have defined the company since 1989 — honesty, integrity, and doing the job right the first time.

Ashley is often the first friendly voice our customers hear. As Office Administrator she keeps everything running smoothly — coordinating appointments, assisting customers, and supporting both office staff and field technicians.

As Jennifer's daughter, Ashley represents the next generation of the family business, proud to make every customer feel valued from their very first phone call.
