Online and phone estimates are non-binding and based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins. Promotions and discounts are subject to the terms stated with each offer and may change or end without notice.

Appointments & Cancellations

Requests made through this website or by phone are requests only until confirmed by our office. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer the slot to another homeowner. Arrival windows are estimates; weather across the Hamilton area and the length of prior jobs can shift them, and we will keep you informed if they do.

Licensing, Permits & Safety

B & G Heating & Cooling operates as a licensed and insured heating and cooling contractor and is TSSA Registered · Licensed & Insured. Gas work is performed by technicians registered with the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA), Ontario’s regulator for fuels and related safety. Work is performed to applicable Ontario building, mechanical, and safety codes, and permits are obtained where required by the local jurisdiction. If a specific licence or registration number is required to be displayed for your project, we will provide it on request and on the applicable permit and paperwork.

Financing & Third-Party Services

Financing options shown on our Financing page are provided by an independent lender, Financeit. Applications are completed on the lender’s own secure website, approval decisions are made solely by the lender, and financing is governed by the lender’s terms — not these Terms. This website never collects or stores payment-card or loan-application details. Links to third-party sites (scheduling, financing, review, and mapping platforms) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
